Double-clicking on element does not open an option to rename it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create UI Document (Create > UI > UI Document)
3. Double-click on the newly created UI Document to open UI Builder window
4. Drag Visual Element into Hierarchy section
5. Double-click on the Visual Element and observe
Actual results: Renaming option does not appear
Expected results: Renaming option appears
Reproducible with versions: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b5
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1, 2022.2.2f1
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
Note: Constantly clicking on the different places of the Visual Element eventually gives option to rename it

Resolution Note:
The UI Builder hierarchy works just like the Unity hierarchy. A quick double click will not trigger a rename, but a slow second click will.
