"Double-click to create a new USS selector" text appears if hovering on Style Class List selectors of Controls internal elements
1. Create a new project and UI Document in it
2. Open the UI Builder add the "Toggle" Control to the Hierarchy and expand it
3. Select "VisualElement" and in the Inspector window open StyleSheet > Style Class List
4. Move the cursor on the elements with yellow text and observe the text
Expected result: No text is appearing
Actual result: "Double-click to create a new USS selector" text appears
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview-18 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1), 1.0.0 (2021.2.0a16)
Note: Reproducible with other Controls that has internal elements

The bug I reported is that you double click and it does not add a selector. The bug is not that the message appears. One would absolutely want to add stylesheet for internal components
