.PSD files produce artifacts on transparent pixels when using files made with Krita
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Observe the scene window
Expected: no artifacts are seen on sprites
Actual: sprites from .PSD have visual artifacts
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b10, 2018.3.0a3
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.3.0a6
Reproducible in : AMD Radeon R9 200
Not Reproducible in :
GTX 960m
AMD Radeon RX 460
