"DllNotFoundException" is thrown in Console Window when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Inspect the Console Window
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: "DllNotFoundException" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.2.0b1
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.37f1 (Errors with the used plugin assembly)
