DllImports get stuck in error loop when a combination of static constructors and UnityEditor.InitializeOnLoad attribute is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("StaticEditorInitDllLoadFailureOnFirst.zip")
2. After the project is opened, inspect the console
Expected results: No exceptions are thrown
Actual results: "System.DllNotFoundException: AkWaapiClient" and "DllNotFoundException: AkWaapiClient" errors keep on being thrown
Reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a1
Notes:
1. Re-opening the project fixes the issue
2. If the Library folder is deleted, the issue reproduces again, but re-opening the project fixes it
