[DX12] Editor crashes with a specific prefab in a Scene when entering the Play Mode while using DirectX12
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "case_1153385-repro" project
2. Open the "Scenes/SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Editor enters the Play Mode
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Could not reproduce on 2017.4.27f1 because the project would crash while importing
