[Direct3D 12] Crash with various stack traces when running a 3D Game Kit build with DX12 API
How to reproduce:
0. You can use the 3D Game Kit project attached below. If doing so - skip to step 3.
1. Create a new 3D Game Kit project(Unity Hub > Learn Tab > The Explorer: 3D Game Kit)
2. Open the Project Settings > Player > Other, uncheck 'Auto Graphics API for Windows' and add Direct3D 12 as the primary API
3. Build and run the project
4. Start the game from the main menu
5. Once the game loads, rotate the camera around the character
Expected result: the player does not freeze or crash
Actual result: the player freezes or crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1(3D Game Kit incompatible)
Notes:
The player does not always leave a stack trace after freezing
