[DeviceSimulator] UI/properties look dark/disabled in the Play Mode when Editor set to Dark Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure Editor Theme set to Dark (Preferences -> General)
3. Go to Device Simulator window
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe UI/properties/buttons
6. Switch to Game view and compare UI
Expected result: The UI elements are bright
Actual result: The UI elements look disabled because of dark gray color

Resolution Note:
If I am not mistaken the issue here is Playmode Tint, an option that can be set here Edit->Preferences->Colors->Playmode Tint. I think it works correctly.
