[Device Simulator][UX] Missing dropdown to switch to Game view
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Game tab
3. From 'Game' dropdown switch to Simulator view (by clicking Simulator)
4. Switch back to 'Game' view
Expected result: the same dropdown button exists for switching views
Actual result: missing dropdown button
