[Device Simulator] resets Application Settings when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Install Device Simulator Package from Package Manager
3. Open Device Simulator window from Window > General > Device Simulator
4. Set Internet Reachability to "Not Reachable" and System Language to "Lithuanian"
5. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: Internet Reachability and System Language don't reset
Actual results: Internet Reachability and System Language reset to "Reachable Via Local Area Network" and "English" respectively
Reproducible with: 2.0.0-preview (2020.1.0b9), 2.1.1-preview (2020.1.0b9), 2.2.2-preview (2020.2.0a11)
Could not test with: 1.3.0-preview and earlier (Application Settings aren't present)
Notes:
-Entering Play Mode is supposed to reset Screen Settings but not Application Settings like System Language and Internet Reachability
-Internet Reachability and System Language don't return to their previous state even after exiting Play Mode
