Depth Buffer is const in the URP Package script and cannot be changed from the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Download project "URPDepthPrecisionIssue-2021.2.zip"
2. In the file explorer go to the URPDepthPrecisionIssue-2021.2\Library\PackageCache\com.unity.render-pipelines.universal@12.1.2\Runtime
3. Open "UniversalRenderer.cs"
4. Observe the 37th line
Expected result: DepthBuffer can be changed from the Editor
Actual result: DepthBuffer is a const and cannot be changed from the Editor
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a9, 2021.2.0b15), 12.1.2 (2021.2.7f1), 13.1.3 (2022.1.0b2)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.34f1), 10.8.0 (2020.3.25f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a8)
Note: In not reproducible versions there is no "UniversalRenderer.cs" file

This is also something we are aware and plan to expose but we don't yet have it in our public roadmap.
