Deletion prompt is opened when trying to delete a Parent Blendtree State via delete shortcut
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Create an Animator and open it
- Create a Blendtree and double click it
- Select the Parent Blendtree State and use your delete shortcut
Actual results: Right clicking the Parent Blendtree State shows no "Delete" option as it does in other context menus indicating that this operation is not available, when pressing a delete shortcut, a "Delete" Prompt is opened but selecting "Delete" does nothing, users are not indicated in any way that this operation is not allowed
Expected results: Pressing delete when a Parent Blendtree State is selected yields no "Delete" confirmation prompt
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2
