Delete Shortcut Profile window does not fit the size of the Profile title
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the Shortcuts window (Edit>Shortcuts for Windows or Unity>Shortcuts for Mac)
- Click on the Profiles dropdown
- Click Create New Profile
- Enter a profile title that is close to the maximum allowed character amount and click Create
- Click on the Profiles dropdown again
- Click Delete Profile
- Try to resize the pop up in various ways
Expected result: resizing is constrained based on UI element size
Actual result: the window scales down enough to have the items overlap or to leave a lot of empty space
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45.f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
