Decals not displaying on skinned mesh renderers in the Game view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “HDRP.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/DecalBug/DecalBug.unity“ Scene
3. Observe the Scene view
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The decals are displayed on all spheres in the Scene and Game view
Actual result: In the Game view the last sphere displays transparency instead of the decals
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
