Debug.Log() doesn't show script or line where Debug.Log was called
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "DebugLogIssue"
2. Create a 3D Object "Dog" (GameObject -> 3D Object -> Dog)
3. Observe console
Expected result: Debug.Log shows script and line where Debug.Log is called.
Actual result: Debug.Log shows neither the script or line where Debug.Log was called.
Reproduced in: 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a10
Note:
1. Issue disappears when commenting out NetworkTransformBase.cs line 5, ch48 (video).
2. Repro project is stripped down "uSurvival" asset.

Resolution Note:
This seem to be the uSurvival Asset Store package that results in the file and line number to disappear.
uSurvival package is weaving assemblies, and it could be that they are not updating the symbol files so we know the information.
