DCC Inspector selected tab text highlighter is overly saturated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the "kiki_v39_base 1" model and observe its Inspector (The top tab buttons)
Expected result: the tab text is not too saturated and fully readable when selected
Actual result: the tab text is overly saturated and the readability is poor
Reproduced in: 2020.2.0a5, 2020.2.0a4
Not reproducible in: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b4, 2019.3.7f1
