DBuffer decals do not affect ambient lighting correctly
When using decals in DBuffer mode, any ambient lighting is samples using the normals of the "underlying" surface.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open attached project
- Observe the decal in the scene
Expected: The area affected by the decal should appear completely flat.
Actual: The area receives the same ambient lighting as if no decal was present
