Day names are returned as empty strings when using 'th-TH', 'ar-SA' or 'ps-AF' CultureInfos
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'TestGlobalization_UnityProject.zip' project
2. Open 'SampleScene'
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: '###### Character Count: 7' and 7 codes get logged in the Console
Actual result: '###### Character Count: 0' gets logged in the Console
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible with 'th-TH', 'ar-SA', and 'ps-AF' CultureInfos
- The issue is not reproducible with a .Net console app

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
Postponing for now until the mono upgrade task is complete which may fix this. Will revisit after it lands.
