DateTime.Now throws exception in IL2CPP build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1065602_repro.zip and open "new" scene
2. Switch platform to UWP
3. Build project on IL2CPP backend
4. Open Visual Studios solution
5. Open Exception Setting and enable <All C++ exceptions not in this list> option
6. Build solution (Debug x64 Local Machine)
Expected results: No exceptions are triggered
Actual results: Exception is triggered
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.8f1 2018.1.0a7
Regression introduced in: 2018.1.0b1
