CustomPreview doesn't work when the type is inherited from the specified type in CustomPreview's parameters
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the "Base" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Observe the Inspector window
4. Select the "Inherited" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The "Inherited" GameObject should have a Preview window
Actual result: The "Inherited" GameObject does not have a Preview window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a16
