Custom serialized Inspector property fields suffer from input lag when SerializeReference attribute is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1224555.zip' project
2. In the Hierarchy window select 'TestFlowEvent'
3. In the Inspector window expand the 'Animator Control' element
Expected result: element expands smoothly
Actual result: element expands with lag and glitches
Reproducible with: 2019.3.1f1, 2019.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.2.0a1
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2020.1.0a1 (incompatibility issues)
