Custom Editor components disappear if Custom Editor is resized
Reproductino Steps:
1. Import attached project.
2. In Assets, select Examples/BlendAddRGBA.
3. Resize the width of the Inspector window.
Expected result: Custom editor components shouldn't disappear, if editor size is changed.
Actual result: Custom editor sliders disappear. (GIF attached)
Reproducible with: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.2.0a4
