Custom cursor textures, compressed with DXT, are not rendered correctly in game view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "cursorBug.zip"
2. Go to Player Settings and change Default Cursor to any texture compressed with DXT5 or DXT1
3. Enter Play mode
4. Select Game view
5. Notice that the custom cursor is not rendered correctly (cursorGarbage.gif)
Expected result: A custom icon is displayed instead of the cursor in the game view
Actual result: The custom texture is not rendered correctly
Reproduced with: 5.6.5p2, 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p4, 2018.1.0.11, 2018.2.0a4
