CurrentAnimatorClipInfo Weight value doesn't decrease if a Clip is not configured for Animator's state transition target
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "AnimationWeight754624.zip"
2. Open and Play Test scene
3. The game should pause itself when state transitions
4. The property of CurrentAnimatorState, CurrentAnimatorClip,
NextAnimatorState, and NextAnimatorClip shown in the inspector should
update as you step through
5. Check that the CurrentAnimatorClip's weight is 1, and does not decrease
when transitioned to the Empty state.
6. You can check console it prints current animation clip's weight as well. You will see only 1
To get the correct behavior:
1. Open Animator Controller
2. Select Empty state and add motion (SecondAnimationClip)
3. Repeat 2-4 steps from above
4. Notice that weight value printed to console decreases
