Ctrl + A does not work correctly in hierarchy
To reproduce:
1. Create a few gameobjects in scene
2. In the hierarchy press ctrl+a
3. Notice the inspector is blank
4. Try pressing "del" - nothing gets deleted
Note: if you had something selected in the hierarchy before hitting ctrl+a the previously selected things would remain selected and get deleted, but the other gameobjects would remain
Does not reproduce in 4.3.4f1
