CSProj generator cannot reference System.Xml when the include is defined as System.XML due to case-sensitivity
To reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and a new c# script
2. Open "Assembly-CSharp" file in project's root folder
3. Search for string "Include="System.XML"
Expected: code line "Include="System.Xml" is found
Actual: code line "Include="System.XML" is found, include cannot be located due to file system being case-sensitive
Reproduced in: 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.6f1
Not reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1
Note: could not test the issue on 2018.1 and 2018.2 due to related bug - case 1056185
