Cryptic error: Assertion failed on expression: 'count <= std::numeric_limits<UInt16>::max
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test3.unity
3. Play the scene
- Note the Assertion failures in the console that happen because the Combined mesh vertex count exceeds the vertex limit in a mesh
- Reproduced on the branch ai/navmesh/builder [based of 5.5.0a2] (c71a0b7312ea)

I am able to confirm this still occurs in 5.5.0f3, workaround was to cache vertex count on each combine group to ensure it never exceeds 65,355 vertices.
