Creating AsmDefs does not cause recompilation of contained scripts
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project 'CompilationWoes.zip"
2. Go to the "Foveated Rendering" folder
3. Create an Assembly Definition in the folder
4. After scripts recompile try adding the Scripts -> ViveFoveatedVisualizer script to the Main Camera
Expected: Script is successfully attached to the Main Camera
Actual: "no MonoBehaviour found" dialog is shown and the script isnt attached to the Camera
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a6, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a5
