Create Visual Studio Project Fails for Windows Desktop in IL2CPP Builds
How to reproduce
1. In a Windows editor open an existing project or create a new Unity project
2. In Build Settings set the platform to Windows
3. In Player Settings set the scripting backend to IL2CPP
4. In the Build Settings Windows check Create Visual Studio Project
5. Click Build to build the project
Expected Result: A Visual Studio solution is generated that can be built, run, and debugged
Actual Results: System.InvalidOperationException: IL2CPP doesn't support building with unityaot-win32 API compatibility level!
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not reproduceable with: 2021.1 and earlier
