Create Node menu opens everywhere when the VFX Graph tab is focused
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and install the Visual Effect Graph package
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effect Graph -> Any graph -> Create
3. Make sure the VFX Graph window is focused and move the mouse button outside of it
4. Press the Space key
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The Create Node menu opens in the VFX Graph tab window
Actual results: The Create Node menu opens where the mouse is located
Reproducible with: 6000.0.39f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Create Node menu also can be opened on the second screen
- Shader Graph Create Node Menu always in the tab
