Create Empty action creates an Empty Child in the context menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open/create any project
2. Right-click on the Main Camera
3. Observe the Context Menu
Expected result: Create Empty Child action is visible
Actual result: There is no Create Empty Child action
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a13

Resolution Note:
The menu item to create a child of the selection is "Create Empty."
It is correctly shown when selecting the main camera and context clicking, tested on 2023.3.0a12.
