Crashes when loading Meshes from AssetBundle with ModelImporterMeshCompression.off setting
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Delete Asset Bundles from 'Asset Bundles' folder
3) Rebuild them using "Build -> Build Test..." in top menu
4) Play Scene 1
CRASH!!!
Reproduced in 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.3.0p3
Not reproduced in 2017.2.1p2
Cannot test 2018.1 as the project crashes there on opening
