Crashes on PersistentManager::WriteFile when creating a Prefab with an illegal name via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select active GameObject from the Hierarchy tab
3. Navigate to CQA/Create Prefab Variant
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1 due to Script incompatibilities
