GI: Crash when selecting directory with no write access as the GICache location on OSX
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Preferences
3. Select GI Cache tab
4. Enable custom cache location
5. Insert an external drive formatted as NTFS or create a directory to which your user has no write permissions
6. Select the external drive or the new directory for the custom cache location
Unity should crash with:
Fatal error!
!CreateDirectoryRecursive(fullpath)

Says its fixed, but the problem I am still having says otherwise. Lazy.

Same problem here today with 2017.1.1f1
Windows made an update, i launched unity and it crashed, i tried everything (registry, unistall/reinstall, cache etc...)
So it' s not fixed

No idea how to fix this, but I'm also getting the same problem.
