Crash in Graphics.Blit when blitting backbuffer to a larger texture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
Expected result: The Editor does not crash
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b2), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b1)
Couldn't test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1) (Downgrading issues)
Notes:
1. 13.1.0 seems to only crash when entering Play mode
2. If the Editor does not crash upon loading the project, focusing it, entering Play mode, or doing something in the scene then usually causes it to crash with the same
