Crash when creating a New Terrain with a custom SRP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "CrashProject2" project and "DemoScene" scene
2. Create a New Terrain
Actual Result: Crash
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a3, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.1.0f1
Could not reproduce on: 2019.1.0a1, 2018.4.8f1 (No SRP), 2017.4.32f1 (No SRP)
