Crash on UnityEditor.Handles.Internal_FinishDrawingCamera when moving around Scene view with baked Occlusion Culling
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1205699.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Bake occlusion (Occlusion window -> Press "Bake")
4. Select "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Move "Main Camera" forward so it would hit different occlusion areas (usually from 30 sec to 2 minutes)
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a9, 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0a8
Couldn't test with 2017.4 due to console errors
