Crash on UNITY_FT_Stream_ReadAt when changing TMPro properties after unloading an AssetBundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “CrashRepro“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Repeatedly press the “Case 2“ button in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS 15.6.1 Sequoia (Intel), Windows 10 (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
