Crash on Umbra::QueryExt::queryStaticShadowCasters when opening a specific project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"

Expected result: Project is opened
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.24f1, 2023.2.16f1, 6000.0.0b16

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
{{Failed to build mask for shadow culler. ErroCode: 3}} error is thrown before the crash
Crash is very inconsistent from 2022.2.0b1 and below, and can be reproduced by selecting multiple GameObject in the Hierarchy, switching between Scene/Game view tabs, clicking buttons or closing and reopening the project after getting the error.
