Crash Animator::ClearPlayableMemory when reinitializing AnimationClipPlayable
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play test scene
3. Select the model
4. Disable the SimpleAnimation component
5. Re-enable the SimpleAnimation component
6. Crash!
