Crash on ProcessShadowCasterNodeVisibilityAndCullWithoutUmbra_Kernel<0,12> when navigating a scene with Canvas GameObject in it
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("CullingCrash.zip")
2. Open "Scene"
3. Navigate the scene until it crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b8, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12
Couldn't test with a lot of older versions and alphas due to custom package breaking

- The project uses customized URP 7.3.1
- Doesn't reproduce if the Canvas GameObject is disabled

It happens in my game too on HDRP 7.2.1 - does that make sense? Is it a cross-RP thing?

This issue exists for my project in Unity 2019.3.14f1. Changing the shadow type of all lights in the scene from "Soft Shadows" to "No Shadows" has also yielded a fix for this issue on my end.
