Crash on Physics2D_CUSTOM_GetIgnoreCollision when checking Physics2D.GetIgnoreCollision against a null Collider
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1239208.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.2.0a9
