Crash on OutputImporterLogsForArtifact when opening a specific project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “users attached project”
2. Observe the crash
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a17, 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.0a16
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
