Crash on <lambda_50347134a0d160a83dce6743149983e8>::operator() when opening a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.2.0a14
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (by reporter)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
