Crash on memset when calling RuntimeContentManager.LoadLocalCatalogData()
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/_repro_stuff/LOADER_SCENE.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 1.4.2 (6000.0.60f1, 6000.3.1f1), 6.4.0 (6000.4.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.3 (6000.3.1f1), 6.5.0 (6000.5.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

In 1.4.3 and 6.5.0 entities versions, “ArgumentException: Capacity 1869373812 value too large. Maximum capacity is 536870912.” error is thrown, when entering the Play Mode
