How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-86989“ project
2. Open Build Profiles (Edit → Build Profiles)
3. “Clean Build” the project (Build → Clean Build…)
4. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1 (unresolvable package errors due to downgrading)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (user), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
* The project crashes when opened (instead of when built) with 6000.0.5f1 and below with the same stack trace
* The crash appears to be related to 'UnityDefaultRuntimeTheme.tss'
