Crash on MainMessageLoop when importing Assets
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Package Manager
3. Import Oculus Integration asset from Asset Store
Expected result: The asset was imported
Actual result: Crash
Reproduced with: 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 11
