Crash on JobQueue::HasJobGroupIDCompleted when closing the Editor while in Play mode on a specific project

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-125845” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Close the Editor
5. Observe the crash

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Could not test with: 6000.0.0b15 (Could not solve package errors from downgrading)

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: Sometimes, it can take ~10 seconds for the crash logo to appear after closing the Editor
