Crash on GUIView::ProcessInputEventFromAPI when navigating from Layers menu to Project Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D Core project
2. Open the “Layers” drop-down menu, which is found in the upper-right corner of the Unity interface
3. Navigate to Edit → Project Settings
4. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2022.2.4f1, 2022.3.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
