Crash on GfxDeviceD3D11Base::SkinOnGPU when importing or reimporting a broken prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Import the attached .unitypackage to any project ("1230188.unitypackage")
2. If the crash didn't happen on import, right-click on the Project window and select "Reimport All"
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.2.21f1
